Yate Riverside

Martin Atkinson led the team on the Yate Riverside development whilst a Project Director at Haskoll. This 104,000 sq.ft development comprises, three large retail units, eight restaurant/cafes and a six screen cinema. Using lean and fast build techniques, the first phase of the development was completed in only six months. The final phase cinema, which involved a partial fit-out to achieve high acoustic performance, took a further three months up to December 2015.
