Yate East Walk

The East Walk units were amongst the first new buildings to be realised following the completion of a Haskoll Masterplan when Yate Shopping Centre was purchased by the new owners. The building comprises around 10,000 sq.ft over two levels which can be linked and combined in various configurations to suit differing demands and provide future flexibility. Following the early appointment of the main contractor, the resultant value-engineering achieved a build cost 40% less than the original cost plan. The building was completed in March 2013 in only 21 weeks and is fully let. Martin Atkinson led the Haskoll team as Project Director. For further details via Haskoll website please click here
